Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These terms apply when you use ReceiptPull. By connecting a mailbox you accept them.
What the service is
ReceiptPull is a document collection utility. It locates receipts and invoices in a mailbox you connect and collects them into a searchable archive. It is not accounting, bookkeeping, tax or financial software, and nothing in the app is accounting, tax or legal advice.
No warranty of accuracy
Detection is automatic. Amounts, dates, currencies, merchant names and document types may be inaccurate, incomplete or missing, and some receipts in your mailbox may not be detected at all. The service is provided "as is" without any warranty that the archive is complete or correct.
Your responsibility
You must verify every document and figure against the original before using it for accounting, reporting, reimbursement or tax purposes. Connect only mailboxes you are authorised to access, and keep your own copies of anything you are legally required to retain.
Plans and billing
The free plan includes one connected mailbox and the first 10 detected documents for the lifetime of the account. PRO costs €8.99 per month and includes unlimited detected documents, ongoing synchronisation, downloads, exports and links to the original email. Business costs €12 per month and adds up to five connected mailboxes. Subscriptions bought in the mobile apps are billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded by Apple or Google under their terms; manage or cancel them in your store account. Prices may change, and any change applies from your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Do not use ReceiptPull to access mailboxes you do not own or administer, to attempt to bypass plan limits or security controls, to reverse engineer or overload the service, or for anything unlawful.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. You may stop using ReceiptPull at any time by disconnecting your mailboxes and deleting your account from Settings.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ReceiptPull is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on detected data, missed documents, tax or accounting decisions, or interruptions in your email provider's service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product develops; the current version always lives on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
