Accessibility statement

ReceiptPull is built to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, large text or high contrast.

Our commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA as a working target across the marketing site and the mobile app, and we review new screens against it before release.

What we have done

Semantic headings and landmarks, visible keyboard focus, touch targets of at least 44 pixels, colour combinations checked for contrast, text that stays readable when enlarged, and full right-to-left support for Hebrew and Arabic.

Adjustments you can make

The accessibility panel on our website lets you enlarge text, switch to high contrast, underline links, reduce motion and choose a more readable font. Your choices are stored on your device. On the app you can also use your phone's own text size, zoom, VoiceOver or TalkBack settings.

Known limitations

Documents that arrive as attachments are produced by the merchant, so a scanned or image-only PDF may not be readable by a screen reader. In those cases we keep the email details as text so the receipt can still be identified.

Reporting a barrier

If something blocks you, contact us from the support screen in the app or email support and describe the screen and the device you used. We answer accessibility reports first.

This statement is reviewed periodically and updated when the product changes.
